    You are offered one of the most comprehensive experienced property management teams available in the
    Services include, but not limited to:
    •        Current Market Analysis of rental values in the area of comparable properties.
    *        Coordinate with owner all necessary details needed to rent the property
    *        Prepare the management agreements
    *        Inspect property, take photos, with prior approval coordinate any necessary repairs or
    maintenance needed to get the property in move in condition
    •        Place the property in the SABOR Multiple Listing Service, which automatically is linked to 50
    websites which include Google, Yahoo, Zillow, etc.
    *        Show the property and coordinate showings with other agents
    •        Take the rental application(s) and fees, obtain a credit report and verify rental and work history.
    •        Prepare lease and addendum agreements
    •        Collect rents, send monthly statements to owners, make deposits to owner's account.
    •        Provide a move in/move out inventory condition report to tenant to be completed upon new occupancy.
    •        Have list of contractors available for repairs/maintenance and licensed contractors                            
    •        Payments of H.O.A. Dues, property taxes, insurance etc upon owner request.
    •        Yearly accounting statements along with 1099’s if applicable.
