    Pleasant have been managing real estate for both large and small companies, non profit corporations, banks,
    investors and individual home owners for nearly 30 years. David has extensive experience in real estate
    management to include both administrative and construction skills, in addition to holding a Real Estate Broker’s
    license. Eneida also holds a Real Estate Broker's License along with a GRI designation and has been full time in
    real estate and property management since 1978. Together, we offer you one of the most comprehensive
    experienced property management teams available in the industry.  

                                                       
    Services include, but not limited to:
    •        Current Market Analysis of rental values in the area of comparable properties.
    •        Advertising in newspapers plus on up to 6 websites.
    •        Placing the property in the local Multiple Listing Service.
    •        Taking the rental application, obtaining a credit report, references, background check and past rental   
    history.
    •        Lease and addendum preparation.
    •        Collecting rents and deposits.
    •        Provide a walk through and inventory report upon occupancy and move out by tenants.
    •        In house Contractors available for many of the handy man work and make ready.                              
    •        Collecting Rents as due.
    •        Making owner’s monthly mortgage payments or deposit checks to owner’s bank account.
    •        Preparation of and mailing, e-mailing or faxing itemized monthly statements.
    •        Payments of H.O.A. Dues, property taxes, insurance etc upon owner request.
    •        Yearly accounting statements along with 1099’s if applicable.
    •        Supervision of all needed repairs and or maintenance.
